Big Bang's Fantastic Baby -- Explained
GD is the leader of the resistance. Big Bang lead the resistance and might just be from the future if you take the futuristic outfits into account. The owl is GD's servant who monitors things, and flies to tell GD that the fighting has begun. The fences are knocked over. GD goes to the front lines dressed in red, signifying bloodshed. His throne is atop wreckage that his rebel soldiers so kindly constructed.
Daesung was captured by the bad guys who don't like music, and chained to a wall.
TOP is an old war hero brought back in time from the past. He's from the past because of his older styled steampunk clothes and look, and also because he's in a museum. He's the history to this whole rebellion. He even has a time travel chair. TOP's specialty is working with ice. He's the one who is sent to sail to the Arctic and unfreeze GD's secret weapon -- Taeyang. He does so.
Taeyang is their warrior fighter man, as he appears shirtless and in armor later. TOP unfroze Taeyang so Taeyang could fight! The emblem the bad guys put an "x" through is tattooed on Taeyang's chest. Taeyang finds his center meditating with rebel monks.
Daesung is still chained, but his mind powers allow him to fight mentally. He gives mental and emotional strength to the rebel soldiers. He's very emotionally tormented.
Seungri commands the catwomen, but they don't do much. Seungri isn't in this video much. Perhaps he's GD's personal sex plaything, as he appears in GD's throne room with cat women. He's not on the front lines. He's out of the way and indulging himself in carnal pleasures.
They all consult in their spaceship on what to do next. They might be doing this with their minds, using their handy-dandy futuristic mind telepathy helmets. The fighting rages on on the front lines.
GD and TOP are on the front lines. GD is wearing all white--maybe he purified the enemy forces and made them like music. He made them see the light!
The battle is over. Even Daesung is freed, and he surveys the empty battlefield. But the last blow needs to be dealt to the enemy! That's why Taeyang breaks into some boiler room, dances dramatically, and destroys it. The enemy complex is then destroyed.
The rebels were victorious against the bad guys who don't like music, and they dance and celebrate in the streets. They dance with giant dust bunny dragons, which perhaps represents how sick and dirty the music is now -- nonsterile and free, and left to the devices of everyday people. Everyone rips off their masks and it's a dance party of freedom of music. Big Bang is likely from the future, because their dress is so different compared to the dull grays of the rebel soldiers. The general population crowns Big Bang as their leaders.
This MV strongly reminded me of Brown Eyed Girl's Sixth Sense, whose MV I admittedly like better than Fantastic Baby's MV. You just can't beat Narsha rolling around on the floor and meowing, and Ga-in (lord have mercy) grinding up against a riot shield. Big Bang should lend Taeyang to the Brown Eyed Girls so he can be their warrior too.

GD is the one with the random tuft dangling down the right side. It's pink, green, orange. 0:05, 0:57 GD is the leader of their group, and a rapper and producer.
TOP is the blue hair guy. 1:11 He raps too.
Daesung is the blond one with bangs over one eye. 1:32 His vocals are so rich and full.
Taeyang is the guy with the mohawk. 0:43 He's the lead vocal and one of the best dancers in kpop.
Seungri is the guy with black short hair. and industrial piercing. 1:50, 2:18 He's not featured in this vid much.
Their skin does look like it's plastic or something. XD Big Bang is my favorite kpop group hands down. This is a rather explosive introduction to Big Bang, but that's how they roll! Not only is their look bombastic, but their music has a range of styles and moods. For a taste of their wide range of stuff, I recommend:
Blue
Bad Boy
Tonight
Haru Haru (day by day)
They also have some fast-paced jpop kinda stuff, cheesy pop ballads, and hardcore rap. I love them, they're all over the place. :) One time, Taeyang even wore a Bill Kaulitz t-shirt and I had a fangirl explosion and died. You're talking to my ghost right now.
