It's a game where you mess with makeup on Bill's face. You can do a lot of effects with the eyes, and they even let you put purple-tinged dreads (or let him be bald!) You can even make him look like Tom!
I made this. It isn't too radical, I suppose. I didn't give him blonde hair, purple eyeshadow, and a nose ring, but the options to were there.
For laughs, I made the freakiest one I could. I didn't laugh, though.
It scares me. That could inspire nightmares.
