After way too much caffeine, here I am up till 1 am (so out of character for me) answering questions for a steinsgirl-started question meme. Here we go!
1. If your first love came back to offer you everything you've ever dreamed of, what would you do?
----I'm in my "first love" right now, really. I'm still young and figuring things out. We've been together a little over a year. We're doing fine.
2. Have you ever called 911? If so, why? (or 999 or whatever the emergency number is where you live)
----Once. I was very very young. My mom had taught me that day what I should do in an emergency. When my dad got home from work, I was really excited to show him what I learned. So I grabbed the phone, and guess what I did? Dialed 911. But it was a rotary phone, and I was slow at it... my mom ran and stopped me, and they had quite the laugh over it. :)
3. What is the #1 thing you miss about being a kid?
----No stress about bills and money. :) Parents always took care of it without me ever knowing. God, that was bliss. Now.... pfft! It's quite a source of stress.
Oddly, I don't miss the "childhood freedom from responsibility." Having no responsibilities comes at a price; kids really don't have much control or say over their lives at all, even what they eat. You just eat what your parent makes for dinner that night because you don't have self-care skills developed to that level yet. Everything is dictated by adults, which can really suck. I like being an adult and doing whatever the heck I want sometimes with no parent there to tell me what to do.
