Review of Block B by Allkpop.com
Block B's members were mostly underground before getting signed. They have a really strong rap line. Three of the seven members are rappers. The song Freeze really reminds me of Big Bang. They even have a GD, a TOP, and a Taeyang. The rapper Zico is remarkable in his own right, putting out his own seriously good stuff even before Block B. Their dominantly rappy songs remind me of Epik High. Apparently Block B are greatly involved in the creation and production of their own songs. Their strength and creed is that they believe talent will endure and even overcome the trials of time and popularity contests. They are raising the standard of rap in popular Korean music.
The main person, the leader with charisma who always draws your eye is Zico. He's like Key married G-Dragon, with the voice of TOP. Zico almost debuted with SHINee, but Minho took the rapper slot instead. God, imagine of it had been Zico. Man.
