Pretty much every cookie is good dunked in milk! But not those ones which are coated completely in chocolate, because then the milk is unable to penetrate the chocolate barrier to saturate the cookie within.

I recently tried Biscoff cookies, from Belgium or something. They are very delicious! I also like the spiced almond windmill cookies from Germany. Cookies with a very flaky airy layer crust are yummy too! I suppose those are more like tarts.

Cookies with milk; a favorite of mine (and a lot of ours, I bet) from childhood. :) Such a lovely snack.
