There is no explanation. I have never laughed so hard, nor had such a temptation to gouge my eyes out. Oh, my poor eyes. Just that first page made my brain fizzle and protest, but let whimsy overtake you and click some of the "pink links."
The random quotes in random languages, the quotes of literature, the random art (good and horrendous), the pictures of sushi, recipes, random music, strange html effects, the tiled background...
It's insane, like whoo-hoo you're crazy insane. It's like My Little Ponies on speed who escaped from the asylum, partied all night, and got sick on your rainbow hippie rug. This site is like waking up, walking through your house, and discovering with your toes the half-dried pony puke on your rug first thing in the morning.
